This workbook guide is intended for 3, 4 and 5 year old student.  This 50-page  workbook includes Language Arts, Reading, Math, Work Study Habits and Social Skills evaluations and worksheets.  These evaluations are designed to evaluate the student and to let the parent know what is expected in kindergarten. 

Of course, some students may have bypassed the criteria listed on these evaluations.  This means that your student should move to the First Grade Preparation Workbook and will be an advanced student in kindergarten.  Some students may not grasp the concept at first, but after being introduce to the lesson and practicing, student will eventually know what is needed for kindergarten.

Students must have acceptable social skills and good work/study habits in order to achieve academic success.  This workbook has a list of goals for kindergarten student and an evaluation of detailed skills checklist to be measured.

Use this workbook at the student’s pace.  Please have kids master at least 95% of the lessons before moving to the next grade level.  Fundamentals are essential for continuous progress.

Some skills listed on the evaluation may not have a worksheet.  The parent would need to take a visual assessment of the child and participate in the activities for that particular goal to decide if the criterion is being met.
